Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, unless legally required to do so. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party.
Payment
At our shop: Cash, Check and all major Credit/Debit Cards are accepted methods of payment. Online sales: Only Credit/Debit Cards are accepted. Our Terms are payment in full upon completion of services. All goods remain the property of D3 until paid for in full.
Deposit of 50% is required for custom work where D3 is sourcing required parts.
Shipping and Returns
All items including work being returned to the customer will be shipped after payment is received ( check funds may be verified ).
Returns are only accepted on products that are unopened and unused. 10% restocking fee applies. No returns on services, modified components, ammunition or fuse.
Firearms and Ammunition
All firearm sales will be conducted in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws.
In Order to Purchase Firearms Online:
You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. Check your local & state laws. You must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order.
- Verify that the product(s) you wish to purchase meet(s) your state, county, or city firearm laws.
- Choose a dealer in your state to receive and then process the firearm to you.
- Complete your firearm purchase online, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail
- Have your dealer contact us with the order number, we will ship it to them.
Ammunition sales are in person only, shipping is not available.
For sales, processing and gunsmithing of NFA items or any transaction requiring an SOT contact us. Online orders are not offered for these items.
